Job Description:

 

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate engineering activities of the department concerned of the Amorphic Data Platform including product/software design, development, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Partner with product and program peers and business leaders to define and deliver the technology roadmap.
  • Analyze and implement best practice engineering methods for product development and implement procedure changes when necessary.
  • Direct and drive the engineering team’s Intellectual Property strategy & execution.
  • Interface with field leaders and stay at the forefront of the latest technologies with a full understanding of market trends, customer full workflow, and needs, ad competitor technology trends.
  • Ensure delivery and quality of the owned component. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes.

The position requires travel throughout the U.S. up to 50% of the time primarily to attend client meetings, training, and conferences.


Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Big Data Architect or related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience involving the following:

  • Coordinating the work of software development teams
  • Writing specifications
  • Managing product development process.

 

Programming skills: Scale, Java, Bash, Ruby, Python.


Automation Frameworks: Puppet, Chef and Docker, Kubernetes.


Cloud Computing: Amazon Web Services, Openstack


Big Data: Hadoop, Spark, HBase, MongoDB, Kafka.

Job Description:

 

  • Design cloud based service which can be fully integrated with the newest cloud technologies, provide scalability, flexibility and extensible for future development.
  • Design and code highly scalable, machine learning applications processing large volumes of data.
  • Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models.
  • Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmap.
  • Perform data analysis to generate product insights from production logs.
  • Evaluate different algorithmic approaches to solve various machine learning and prediction use cases.
  • Build user profile system based on user behaviors, and build the recommendation engine based on user profiles.
  • Architect, test, tune and deploy algorithms into production.
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Provide in-depth machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption. Communicate advanced ML concepts to senior leadership to facilitate decision-making.

Job Description:

 

  • Building massively scalable multi-threaded applications for large data processing primarily with Apache Spark/Pig on Hadoop.
  • Develop data management solutions across the entire data pipeline technology stack.
  • Develop, test and deploy scalable cloud-based applications across our technology stack.
  • Able to develop solutions based on high level technical designs.
  • Analyze and designs data needs for Data Lake to support Advanced Analytics. Translates business requirements into working features.
  • Design, develop, unit test, and document technical solutions.
  • Provides solutions to current (tactical) problems with permanent (strategic) answers. Design and implement custom solutions on the latest technologies.
  • Select and integrate new technologies, algorithms, strategies.
  • Understand customer behavior and integrate it into solutions and automated testing frameworks.
  • Provide critical technical support for your solutions.
  • Continuously improve the software development practice.

Job Description:

 

  • Handle large datasets, coding advanced analytical models to perform data analysis, and developing predictive models.
  • Build broad range of statistical models, predictive modeling, acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, segmentation, retention, risk assessment, sales forecasting, and customer loyalty using classical statistical/econometric methods, data mining approaches, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure architects in assessing and addressing the requirements for more automated, streamlined systems and for the data governance required for agile and responsive data manipulation.
  • Make recommendations to enhance marketing strategy by deeply understanding the performance of every channel.
  • Partner directly with the product development team on product instrumentation, product flow and data capture.
  • Design and deliver scalable software applications in Hadoop and in real-time platforms.
  • Work jointly with other team members to deliver complex applications.
  • Build dashboards to support day to day business decisions.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, legal, compliance, capital markets and our current lending partner.
  • Develop predictive models and provide statistical insights using Big Data tools and Machine Learning.
