Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description:

 

  • Design cloud-based service which can be fully integrated with the newest cloud technologies, provide scalability, flexibility and extensible for future development. 
  • Design and code highly scalable, machine learning applications processing large volumes of data. 
  • Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models. 
  • Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmap. 
  • Perform data analysis to generate product insights from production logs. 
  • Evaluate different algorithmic approaches to solve various machine learning and prediction use cases. 
  • Build user profile system based on user behaviors, and build the recommendation engine based on user profiles. 
  • Architect, test, tune and deploy algorithms into production. 
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. 
  • Provide in-depth machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption. Communicate advanced ML concepts to senior leadership to facilitate decision-making. 

 

Position requires unanticipated travel throughout the U.S. up to 50% of time.

DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

 

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clearly understand business objectives, customer needs, and system requirements to determine which big data platform to run on clusters and translate requirements to technical solutions. 
  • Install and configure big data platform distribution for software framework. 
  • Involve in development and maintenance of the software products which provide control and management over the Big data environments. 
  • Develop configuration for software framework stack technologies and use automated tools to install the software framework stack. 
  • Install and configure monitoring tools, develop scripts based on customer data, develop integration with other data sources, perform data analytics, and provide support services. 
  • Install and configure data connectors for third party tools and commercial big data tools. 
  • Perform Benchmark and Quality Assurance testing of the cluster software. 
  • Evaluate cluster performance and propose improvements to system and measures to maximize efficiency and quality including code programs utilizing performance optimization tuning and coding techniques. 
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of software products focused on Hadoop ecosystem.  

 

Position requires unanticipated travel throughout US up to 50% of time.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any) or a related field and two (2) years of experience involving each of the following tools and technologies: Linux System Administration, System Architecture, Distributed File Systems, Database Systems, Python, Java OR Bachelor’s Degree degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any) or a related field with five (5) years of Progressive, Post-Baccalaureate experience involving each of the following tools and technologies: Linux System Administration, System Architecture, Distributed File Systems, Database Systems, Python, Java

Big Data Solution Architect

Job Description:

 

  • Collaborate in planning initiatives in Workshops, Big Data Architecture, Future Roadmaps, Operations and Strategic Planning. 
  • Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems. 
  • Present solutions to the business, project teams, and other stakeholders with the ability to speak technical and non-technical. 
  • Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the development team. 
  • Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solution. 
  • Architect solutions for key business initiatives ensuring alignment with future state analytics architecture vision. 
  • Engage constructively with project teams to support project objectives through the
  • application of sound architectural principles. 
  • Develop and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the stated & implied business requirements of the project. 
  • Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards and guidelines.

Cassandra Engineer

Job Description:

 

  • Design, install, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, and performance tune Cassandra clusters running on our data centers while ensuring high levels of data availability
  • Establish performance standards to identify thresholds which indicate the onset of performance issues
  • Architect, design, document, and implement redundant systems and large scale data management
  • Design and implement procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving
  • Administer security and disaster recovery of databases, including back-up, recovery, security audits, database health checks, and disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems and environments
  • Create models for new database development and/or changes to existing ones Handle incident tickets including problem isolation, analysis, root cause, and solution implementation
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on database products, services, protocols, and standards Develop routines for end-users to facilitate best practices within the database Confer with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements

Data Scientist

Job Description:

 

  • Handle large datasets, coding advanced analytical models to perform data analysis, and developing predictive models.
  • Build broad range of statistical models, predictive modeling, acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, segmentation, retention, risk assessment, sales forecasting, and customer loyalty using classical statistical/econometric methods, data mining approaches, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure architects in assessing and addressing the requirements for more automated, streamlined systems and for the data governance required for agile and responsive data manipulation.
  • Make recommendations to enhance marketing strategy by deeply understanding the performance of every channel.
  • Partner directly with the product development team on product instrumentation, product ow and data capture.
  • Design and deliver scalable software applications in Hadoop and in realtime platforms.
  • Work jointly with other team members to deliver complex applications.
  • Build dashboards to support day to day business decisions.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, legal, compliance, capital markets and our current lending partner.
  • Develop predictive models and provide statistical insights using Big Data tools and Machine Learning.

Product Manager

Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for managing the concept, design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost,
  • mass production, promotion, support and product end of life. 
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth. Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. 
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX Teams, etc. oncutting edge technologies. 
  • Work directly with vendors to establish relationship, understand their offering, and resolve technical issues. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed integration plans and schedules. 
  • Set the long-term vision and strategy of Cloudwicks products. 
  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
  • Ensure integration status, issues and successes are communicated to project
  • team, management and documented appropriately.

Spark Developer

Job Description:

 

  • Building massively scalable multi-threaded applications for large data processing primarily with Apache Spark/Pig on Hadoop.
  • Develop data management solutions across the entire data pipeline technology stack. Develop, test and deploy scalable cloud-based applications across our technology stack.
  • Able to develop solutions based on high level technical designs.
  • Analyze and designs data needs for Data Lake to support Advanced Analytics. Translates business requirements into working features.
  • Design, develop, unit test, and document technical solutions.
  • Provides solutions to current (tactical) problems with permanent (strategic) answers. Design and implement custom solutions on the latest technologies. Select and integrate new technologies, algorithms, strategies. Understand customer behavior and integrate it into solutions and automated testing frameworks. Provide critical technical support for your solutions.
  • Continuously improve the software development practice.
